Terms of Service

1. Service and eligibility

ResumeNorth provides AI-assisted resume creation, editing, localization, PDF export, templates, cover letters, and job-description analysis. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance.

You must be at least 16, provide a valid email address, keep credentials secure, and not operate multiple accounts to bypass product limits.

2. AI content and acceptable use

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review all resumes, translations, and cover letters and ensure every claim is truthful.

Do not submit false qualifications, impersonate others, bypass technical restrictions, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload malware, or use the product unlawfully.

3. Ownership, points, and payments

You retain ownership of resume content you provide and authorize us to process it to deliver the service. ResumeNorth software, branding, and platform templates remain our property.

Points are virtual product benefits and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If paid features are introduced, consumed services are generally non-refundable, except verified incorrect charges or mandatory consumer rights.

4. Privacy and liability

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for recruitment decisions, inaccurate AI output, indirect losses, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

5. Termination, changes, and governing law

You may close your account from Settings. We may suspend serious or repeated violations. Material changes are normally announced 30 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory local consumer law. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and otherwise submitted to a court with jurisdiction over the platform operator.
