1. Data controller and data collected

The Kunor product family is the data controller. We process account details managed by KunorAccount SSO, resume content you enter or upload, consent-based usage analytics, points transactions, uploaded files, and technical logs. We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers, government identity numbers, or biometric data.

2. Cookies, purposes, and sharing

Essential httpOnly cookies maintain your session. With consent, our first-party analytics service measures product usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal data.

We process data to provide and secure the service, send necessary notifications, improve the product with consent, and comply with law. Data is shared only with necessary infrastructure or AI providers and authorities when legally required.

3. Transfers and retention

Data is primarily processed on servers in China, with contractual safeguards where required. Resume content sent to AI providers is not used to train their models under our service arrangements.

Account and resume data remains while your account is active. Deleted accounts may be retained for 30 days, original uploads for 7 days after parsing, analytics for 24 months, and points records for 36 months where audit rules apply.

4. Your rights and security

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent and complain to a regulator. We normally respond within 30 days.

We use HTTPS/TLS, httpOnly refresh cookies, protected credentials, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security; qualifying breaches are disclosed as required by law.

5. Children, changes, and contact

ResumeNorth is not intended for children under 16. Material policy changes will normally be announced 30 days in advance. Contact us if you believe a child supplied data or if you have a privacy request.
